General Questions

How do I book a session?

Give us a call or shoot us an email.  We actually love talking on the phone and getting to know you better!  Email's cool, too, though.  You can email Eldeen directly at info@eldeenannette.com.

Have an idea how many looks you would like to shoot, and if you would like professional hair and make-up, so we can look accurately at our calendar options.

Once we nail down a time, we will collect a $200 deposit to hold your spot.

Do I own the rights to the photos?

You DO own the printing rights to every final image you receive!  Eldeen Annette reserves the copyright, meaning, you cannot re-sell or modify your image without written consent from Eldeen.

How are the photos delivered?

Within 48 hours, you will receive a private gallery to view your image choices.

Once you have chosen the headshots you would like edited and communicated with us your excellent selections, we will take great care to perfect your choices and email them back to you as file attachments.

How many outfits should I bring?

This answer depends on how many looks you will be shooting.  In general, we suggest you bring 2-3 outfit choices per look that we can choose from.
Make sure each outfit is fitted. Most importantly, make sure you feel AMAZING in each outfit! If you don’t have anything that you love in your closet,
go shopping!
 
We do not shoot shoes (unless specifically requested beforehand), so just bring a comfy pair that is easy to slip off and on.
 
We will send you a “How to Prepare" guide shortly after booking, with more info. on how to choose great outfits for your  headshot session.

Can I Get A Refund?

Because of the nature of this service, we do not offer refunds.  If you feel unsatisfied for any reason with the images from your photo shoot, we will diagnose the problem together and we will then offer to do a re-shoot.

The great news is: nobody has actually ever asked for a refund.  We love to communicate, get a clear vision for your goals, and deliver!

It's important that your vision is in line with the style of photography you see on the site. If you have specific needs (such as, NO tight cropping, or, solid gray background, or particular lighting, etc.), it's very important to communicate this before you book a session and make sure we can accommodate your requests.

Do you provide a hair and make-up artist?

We do not automatically include professional hair and make-up for our awesome professionals. We very strongly suggest taking advantage of their expertise, however. Hair and make-up is available for an additional rate, and is worth every penny. They know how to provide makeup that is powerful, great for the camera, and natural looking all at the same time.

Men do not necessarily need professional make-up.

Should I wear my glasses?

If you would like to wear glasses for one of your looks, you will need to either have your lenses removed for the shoot, or we also have various, fun, lens-less options here you can use.

We will not shoot glasses with the glass part still a part of the glasses. 🙂 Too much lens reflection and glare.

When do I pay?

We require a 50$ deposit (paid via CC over the phone, or Paypal) to book your session and secure your date.  We will not hold dates without the deposit in place.  The remainder of your session will be due by check or cash on the day of the shoot)

Do you travel to our location?

Not normally.  We've put a LOT of investment into collecting a very effective set of backdrops, lighting, reflectors, and loads of other gear that help us create the high-end images that is our standard.  We can't guarantee such results when we don't have access to all of our tools, and so, in order to provide you with the BEST possible images, all of our headshot sessions take place at the home studio.

In extreme circumstances, we can pack some things up and head to your office to shoot.  Contact Eldeen to see about this option if you fit into the extreme circumstance category.

How far out do you book?

Eldeen Annette Headshots books 3-8 weeks in advance depending on the season. Call ASAP to get on the calendar. Every client is also put on a waiting list for reschedules and sudden openings.
